Equity is the UK trade union that represents performers and other artists working across the live and recorded entertainment industry. Our membership is made up of all kinds of performers and creative people such as actors, singers, dancers, voice artists, choreographers, stage management, theatre designers and directors, variety, circus, cabaret and light entertainment artists, models, TV and radiopresenters, walk-on and supporting artists.

The professional trade organisation representing agents who operate in the light entertainment industry and closely related areas.
The Association, founded in 1927, is the largest organisation of its kind and exists to promote the interests and protect the welfare of its Member Agents.
Its aims are to induce unity of action; to prevent abuses by all reasonable means; to promote and maintain a friendly, professional and harmonious relationship between fellow Members and with musicians, artists, other performers and all buyers of talent and entertainment services.
The Association provides advice and guidance to Members of the Association relative to any matter affecting their professional character or interests whether directly or indirectly.
The Association is proud to be a constituent member of the VLEC and is fully committed to its objects and powers.
The Musicians’ Union can offer invaluable advice to the working musician. Like advice on how to get work. And how to get properly paid for it. How to negotiate a recording or publishing contract. We look after the interests of over 30,000 professional musicians. Anyone from performers, writers, teachers or students working in all sectors of the business, across all genres. Theatrical Management Association
Established in 1894, the TMA is a leading trade association representing the interests of and providing professional support for the performing arts in the UK. Our members include theatres, multi-purpose venues, arts centres, concert halls, commercial producers, touring theatre, opera and ballet companies, sole traders and suppliers to the performing arts.
Founded in 1908 by Sir Charles Wyndham, the Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is the trade association that represents the producers, theatre owners and managers of the major commercial and grant-aided theatres in central London.
The Association of Circus Proprietors of Great Britain
The association representing the owners / managers of the major commercial circuses.
The Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity
ISPAL is one of two membership organisations which together formed IMSPA in 2011.
ISPAL (The Institute for Sport, Parks and Leisure) was a professional membership body for a fast growing, vibrant industry, representing sport, parks and leisure industry professionals.
Licensees Unite is the biggest union in the pub sector representing around 10,000 licensees and is part of Unite, the union that represents a further 35,000 members in breweries and beer delivery.
